These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ka666 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ka666 platform at ka666.ws and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the ka666 brand.

The ka666 platform is operated under an international gaming license. The platform is made available to users in Pakistan on the basis that the player has independently verified that their use of the platform does not contravene any applicable local law or regulation applicable to them personally.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ka666 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ka666 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ka666 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ka666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ka666 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ka666 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification.

ka666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that places other players or the integrity of the platform at risk. Where an account is closed due to a player breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ka666 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ka666 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your ka666 account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status and payment method selected.

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your ka666 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. In the event of a delay, players should contact support before initiating a second transaction for the same deposit, as duplicate deposits cannot be automatically reversed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your ka666 account and is registered in your verified name. ka666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person. Withdrawal processing times are typically under 10 minutes for mobile wallets and up to 2 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.

ka666 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges. ka666 bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

ka666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read alongside these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account following the satisfaction of any qualifying deposit or action requirements stated in the promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• ka666 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on excluded games, or placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry window stated in their specific terms. Unclaimed or unutilised bonus funds that pass their expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without further notice.
• ka666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has qualified, ka666 will honour the benefit for players who have already met the qualifying criteria.

Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting ka666 support. Once opted out, bonus funds will not be automatically credited to your account. Opting back in requires contacting support and may take up to 48 hours to take effect.

All bets and game rounds placed on the ka666 platform are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that specific game or event.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ka666 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are considered confirmed at the moment of acceptance, which is logged with a timestamp in the player's transaction history. ka666's records shall be the final and conclusive evidence of all transactions and game outcomes.

All casino games on the ka666 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. ka666 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

For sports betting including cricket, PSL, and other covered markets: odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are fixed for that wager.

In the event of a void bet — caused by event cancellation, venue change, or technical failure on the part of a data provider — the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. ka666's decision on whether a bet is void is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ka666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or exploiting platform errors.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one ka666 account for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion or bonus restrictions.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided by ka666.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ka666 staff or other platform users.

All content on the ka666 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, database structures, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of ka666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ka666 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ka666 platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ka666, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ka666 platform.

ka666's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ka666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect platform availability. ka666 will not be liable for losses attributable to platform unavailability provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

ka666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings at any time, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
